National Advertising Campaign
This project involved the development of a national, multi-channel campaign informed by independent research into zonal heating. The focus was on creating clear, educational messaging and campaign assets for use across print, digital, and radio channels, ensuring consistency and clarity at scale. Designed to support long-term awareness and understanding, the campaign was rolled out nationally across multiple touchpoints.
Rebrand and Brand Governance
This project supported the rollout of a new brand, focusing on internal coordination and a cohesive transition across departments. Acting as a central point between internal teams and an external agency, the work involved overseeing the update of assets and collateral to ensure consistency, clarity, and timely delivery. A significant proportion of customer-facing literature was developed in line with the new brand direction, supporting a smooth transition from old to new.

Print Campaign
A set of campaign visuals was developed for the adviser market, aligned to the agency-led concept “You’re in control.”The work focused on translating the idea of control into clear, engaging imagery, using active, purposeful moments as the visual starting point. Each image was then refined through illustration and line work to reinforce the central concept. The final assets were designed for use across campaign materials and adviser-facing channels.

Brand Asset Refresh
Refreshed graphics and literature were developed for a speaker manufacturer, creating visual assets to support consistent brand presentation across marketing materials. The work focused on improving clarity and cohesion, while allowing scope for future brand development.

Digital Campaign
Campaign content was developed to modernise the brand and reposition the pensions offering for a contemporary audience. This included social media content, email campaigns, and customer-facing brochures, providing clear, accessible guidance on pensions topics while supporting wider brand and engagement objectives.
